About Branch

Branch is participation operations software for recurring community operators. It helps social clubs, climbing gyms, racket and pickleball clubs, social sports leagues, fitness studios, youth programs, and camps turn existing interest into people who show up, return, and become regular participants.

Most communities already generate interest — a website visit, a DM, a registration — but lose people in the gap between that interest and a real first visit, or between a first visit and a second one. Branch reads what is actually going on for each person (intent, hesitation, readiness, logistics questions) and follows through: answering questions, recommending the right next step, reinforcing attendance, and flagging when a person or a pattern needs a human to step in.

How Branch fits into an existing community

Branch is built to work alongside the booking, registration, and communication systems an operator already uses, not replace them. It adds a follow-through layer — website chat, SMS, and (as continuation channels) Instagram and WhatsApp — on top of what already exists, and expands only as far as an operator approves.
